On two of our sites that we have just developed, http://www.gorillagluedirect.com and http://www.rentokildirect.com, whenever we go to the checkout page and go to step 2, the bars appear to be squished together. I can't for the life of me figure out how to shorten these bars and still have then lined up correctly.

Any idea? It looks naff right now :)

Cheers

It's because of the width of your page and the input areas.

The class for them is "large-field" which is in your stylesheet as:

Code: Select all

input.large-field, select.large-field {
	width: 300px;
}
Change the width until you get it to fit better. Testing it with firebug, 270px seems about right.

BTW, the latest products' add to cart buttons on your checkout aren't working for me in firefox.

Running Opencart v2.2 with multi-stores from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

Thanks for your help, I knew it would be something simple, but after spending a day looking at code my brain didn't want it to recognise.

As for the Firefox issue, I'm looking into it, as it doesn't work either for my IE, but on my colleagues PC next to me it works fine. Bizarre.

If you are using Google Chrome. I had the same problem and the issue was with the cookies. Just simply delete your cookies on the web browser and see what happens. Maybe it will work for you!
