Same category name in different subcategories HELP!

Please help how to go about having same category for different subcategory

This is what i need
Men
- Shoes
- T-Shirts

Women
- Shoes
- T-shirts

I use SEO urls, so i get links like /women/shoes and /men/shoes/ but items wont show in this categories and YES i know because SEO keyword has to be unique globally, but how can i make this work? Maybe there is module that fixes this?

Try to put the SEO Keyword like this,
If Women Shoes the SEO Keyword is shoes-women
If men the SEO Keyword is shoes-men.
