Hello,
When I registered as new customer (for testing) reply-to email shows: username@host.hostingprovider.net , where username is home folder / user id provided by hosting provider.
and subject it shows domain name.

1. How can I change stores from email address
2. Is is possible to have different email address for registration / billing / sales (Eg: billing@ sales@ registration@ )
3. What is certain mail does not need reply, can one set no-reply@ as email id ?

You can open /catalog/model/checkout/order.php and find this code(which holds your headers):

Code: Select all

$mail = new Mail();
            $mail->protocol = $this->config->get('config_mail_protocol');
            $mail->parameter = $this->config->get('config_mail_parameter');
            $mail->hostname = $this->config->get('config_smtp_host');
            $mail->username = $this->config->get('config_smtp_username');
            $mail->password = $this->config->get('config_smtp_password');
            $mail->port = $this->config->get('config_smtp_port');
            $mail->timeout = $this->config->get('config_smtp_timeout');
            $mail->setTo($order_info['email']);
            $mail->setFrom($this->config->get('config_email'));
            $mail->setSender($order_info['store_name']);
            $mail->setSubject(html_entity_decode($subject, ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8'));
            $mail->setHtml($html);
            $mail->setText(html_entity_decode($text, ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8'));
            $mail->send();
Are you using SMTP? If so, you need to make sure that the top 5 SMTP headers are correct as well. Your smtp settings are in the system settings under MAIL tab.

ok... so if I want to setup a different email address for registration / billing / sales (Eg: billing@ sales@ registration@ ) as sudhir said... how do I proceed?
I have seen for example that the order sent by email the reply-to is the one registered Setting General (store owner)
