order-copy???

Hello,

i wanna know if there is a sollution of mod for oc.
That provides easy making orders, because some of the people cant use the shop :S instead, they e-mail me.
And so i can help them further, but when i make a order with them, i wanna do it custom so they have ordercopy when i send it to them ?

is that possible in oc, or do i must use google for external sollutions.

The latest version has the order editor where you can insert a new order in SALES > ORDERS. It doesn't have a copy ability though
