VqMod Error showing up on every page, Not updating cart

Hello,

This error began showing up today at the bottom of the page. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Now whenever someone adds a product to the cart it does show up on the cart notification menu right away. The page has to be refreshed to see that there are "1" or "2" items in the cart.

Try to upgrade your hosting to more large disk space.
