Hi,

When I set this Report to All Statuses, it displays a number of products that do not appear on any order actually received & paid for.

Any idea why/how we can prevent this?

Thanks,

Bass

But, that would not be accurate. Perhaps it is showing missing orders? The missing orders are not showing because they are in fact missing :) Perhaps I am reading you wrong?

Hi,

Sorry, not to be clearer!

The Product> Purchased Report for a given date range is showing products that were NOT actually purchased. (It does also show the products that were purchased.)

Could it be that it is displaying products that were once in a basket that went on to be purchased, but were in fact removed before checking out?

If this was the case, how do we fis it?

Thanks,

Bass

The Products Purchased report is indeed very buggy, here is a suggested bugfix (as a VQmod script):

Code: Select all

<modification>

	<version>1.5.4.x</version>
	<vqmver>2.2.1</vqmver>

	<file name="admin/model/report/product.php">
 <operation>
 <search position="replace">GROUP BY op.model</search>
 <add>GROUP BY op.name</add>
 </operation>
 <operation>
 <search position="replace">COUNT(DISTINCT op.model)</search>
 <add>COUNT(DISTINCT op.name)</add>
 </operation>
 <operation>
 <search position="replace">(op.total + op.total * op.tax / 100)</search>
 <add>(op.total + op.tax)</add>
 </operation>
	</file>
</modification>
