Question about Google and directories

Hello all, this is very newbish question hope you don't mind....

ANyways i wonder if i set Robot to "content all", will Google collect everything under my domain?

because i am hosting 3 sites under my directory /

and main domain is www.A.com which points to /
www.B.com points to /B
www.c.com points to /C

And obviously 3 sites are completely different which i wonder if google will collect pages under /B or /C directories for site www.A.com?

No it won't. You need to add your sites in webmaster tools or just let google find them by itself.
