Jose: i´m very upset cause i was alone during the night working on my site, and now it say that i went over 75000... and its blocked. Ridiculos

Jose: i was beleiving that really were so many customers going at the same time to my webstore, but tonight i realize that its a bushit. i was alone during the night. so i dont know you get that number
Jose: i could never do by myself more than 75000
Samson Brown: It might be scripting issue. You've to check it on your end
Jose: i will defintly move my hosting out
Jose: and its not scrip, is so easy to say that. its a opencart that you gave in the simplescritp
Jose: so if the app does not do a good job, dont offer in ipage
Jose: really i´m very very mad at this point, cause you are causing me alot of problems with my clients. and i see that really you dont take care of us, it´s just matter to full yours server.
Samson Brown: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Jose: its what everyone say with the exact words everytime i ask for solution.
Jose: its not a money problem, cause i offer to do something with this and one time they told me that i can buy more limit, so after the next time that my site was blocked i call to buy it and the response was," i´m sorry but there is no way to buy additional queries or wherever.
Jose: what should i do now?
Samson Brown: You've to check the code to minimize the query limit. There is no work around for it.
Jose: just here, cause many other stores in different hosting services, they had no problems. its just a cheap hosting solution and supouslly with no limits, but its false. i will move one by one my domains to somewhere esle.
Samson Brown: I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Jose: and i will need my money back when i move out
Jose: i really dont beleive this is happening with supposly a very named hosting site like ipage.
Jose: i will paste this conversation to the opencart forums to let them know about this limitations in ipage.com

it doesn't really matters to the support staff since he's not the owner of the company. he won't really care if you terminate their services...

Quite right. Support staff aren't paid enough to concern themselves with every single irate customer. You should really direct your complaints to someone higher up the corporate ladder.
