Is it possible to create a coupon with a percentage discount depending on the total price of the order.
I would like to create a discount let's say
€ 250 -> -10%
€ 400 -> -15%
€ 800 -> -20%
etc.

You can do it by going into Admin panel under custermoers choose coupon from the menu there should be some predone ones already.
This is one that I have done.
10% Order discount
Welland ME-747AN-S Welland ME-747AN-S 1 $110.00
Sub-Total: $110.00
Free Shipping: $0.00
10% Order discount: -$11.00
GST 12.5%: $12.38
Total: $111.38
