I am mostly finished with my website. However, the site picked up a weird problem today. When a customer adds a product to the shopping cart and goes to the checkout page, it seems like the <content>, or something similar, HTML tag is not closed. The footer raises up and covers the checkout details, preventing the user from proceeding. I hadn't messed with checkout/cart.tpl or anything, but I was editing some code earlier. How should I go about fixing this?

For reference, you can check out jackiepartytops.com, add any product to the shopping cart, and finally proceed to the checkout page. I really am not sure what to check, maybe header.tpl or footer.tpl?

Thank you so much, that commented area was the problem. However, I edited that code a long time ago, it's strange that it started doing it recently.
