Gift Vouchers not sending

Hi everyone,

We have a shop at - shop.thesecretdayspa.co.uk
Unfortunately the order confirmations and gift vouchers have stopped sending to customers.

The situation:
1. Emails are being sent and received perfectly by shop@thesecretddayspa.co.uk outside OpenCart.
2. Emails are sending perfectly to Shop@thesecretdayspa.co.uk from the OpenCart shop - e.g. Order Confirmations are working, general emails sent through the system are working.
3. Emails are not sending to customers through the OpenCart shop - e.g. no order confirmation, no general mail, no gift voucher emails.
4. Emails to customers where working until recently.

Attempts to resolve:
1 I contacted the server company, who are great, to check on the mail php function. They replied
"I have checked the server and am able to send and receive mails from test account without having any issues.

2. Unfortunately the problem is still ongoing so I attempted to use SMTP as our mail protocol instead but receive these errors depending on the ports I try.

With Port 587
"Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to mail.thesecretdayspa.co.uk:587 (Connection refused) in /home/secret/public_html/shop/system/library/mail.php on line 160Error: Connection refused (111)"

With Port 25
"Error: EHLO not accepted from server!"


I've been working on this for two days and I'm truly stumpted, if anyone can give me a hand I would be so grateful!

Don't bother using SMTP. Let's figure out why your email's are not being sent. This would be good to start at the point of origin from where the command is to send. If you want me to troubleshoot for you get on Skype at Involution Media.

I would love your help but I'm in the UK and it's now 2am - I don't think my brain would be much use, even if I could stay awake to talk things through.

The person that had this issue solved it with their web host.
