I am testing my Demo Shop and was about to create an account through my store front, but got this error:

Warning: E-Mail Address is already registered!

I checked in my admin > sales > customers > customers, it saves the information, but its not taking me to the next option (Step 3: Delivery Details).
What have I done wrong can somebody help me please?

I don't recall seeing the Delivery Details from admin - > sales - > customers - > customers page unless you're referring to the admin - > sales - > orders page. Did you checked from admin - > sales - > customers - > customers if, indeed, the email that was added into the new form or edited form of a possible another customer may already exist on the customer's list ?

Yes, I was referring to my admin.

I actually figured out what was wrong, when I setup my Mail notification - when orders placed and accounts are created, I entered the wrong SMTP host, and it also wasnt switched from SMTP to MAIL

That actually resolved my problem!
