Hello,

When customer goes to cart he will find 3 buttons:

- Checkout
- Continue Shopping
- Update

Continue Shopping and Update kills SSL which will return with normal http://opencartwebsite.com this way quantities or product removal cannot be updated at all, how to fix or force SSL for update button?

When going to home or clicking on continue shopping you will be redirected to http site their the customer will see himself as guest as if the cookies are flushed. He will see welcome guest instead of welcome customer name how this can be fixed in a way to link https cookies and session with http cookies and session?

Thank you!

Enable SSL in your web admin panel, also, check your config files. Usually the problem lies in your config.php files. Ensure that 'https://' is entered instead of 'http://'

sounds like you have ssl set to www.domainname.com and regular set to domainname.com or vice versa. If you have them both set to the same you will not have the session problems when bouncing in and out of secure mode.
