Using 1.5.1.3 Its a bit of an odd one but I notice I occasionally cannot see a order history or products for a customer in orders. Everything else is the same as any other customer so I cannot see why this is so. Any bright spark ideas?

I have struck a similar thing, but I figured it was in it's infancy for this section.

Do the products and order history eventually show up, or are they completely lost?

Check your database to see if the information has at least been saved.

Compare the order_id in the tables order, order_history, order_product.

Hi Joel, yes that was the first thing I did. And all looks to be in order. It occurs very randomly might not happen for a week.

Hi,

It also happens to me. In my case I do have two languages in the store: English and Spanish.
Default language is English, so Spanish speakers customers can not see Order History when trying to look it in Spanish language, but they are able to do when in English language.

Hope this helps for something...

I'm having the same problem.

Order placed (used check money order). Recived Email confirmation. But email does not exist in the system. Checked the database with phpmyadmin and it doesn't exist there either.

Its slightly possible other admins of the store deleted it by mistake... but I'm doubting it...
