Monitor Cart and dropouts

I am using Google Analytics and have triggers set for the basket and checkout when a user lands on them.

But is there any way of telling which products are added to a basket without a purchase being completed? Also how many drop-outs there are?

I want to know as much about the sales that don't happen as well as the sales that do.
