order totals Error. EMERGENCY

i have opencart 1.5.1. and i have error that i have spent several hours on and i cannot resolve it on my own but it must be resolved asap.

When customer places an order he receive confirmation email with incorrect information. I dont know why it shows this in english and dollars, since i have set this to my language and euros. From where this values are pulled and why the sistem is showing me dollars instead of euros?
How should i configure order totals in order to work ?

Please help ASAP.
