I have added the following text but now the returns page gives me a 500 error. Is it too much text? If so how do I make OC allow this long of a return description?

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number. Orders cannot be canceled and products cannot be returned without Seller's agreement. In the event products are returned or orders are canceled, seller may, in its discretion, charge a restocking and or cancellation charge equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price of such products, except that if an order is canceled less than thirty (30) days before the date of schedule payment, the cancellation charge will be fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price.

I have the same issue - a more descriptive returns policy instead of the default language throws a 500 error. Anyone ever come up with a solution for this? The RMA form is workable, but I want to have a paragraph in front of it that clarifies the return policy.

Thanks!

Thanks, managed to put lots of text in there.

for others, you need to make sure it's a php string.

don't put any ' in your text and you should be ok. you could escape them with \ or ' or something but I just removed them.

thanks for answer.
