Hi

I need one set of options to be in all of my products the problem is that doing this manually will kill me since it's 250 options on 70 products. you do the math :)

I have inserted manually on one product and was thinking to copy in the database from one to another, but I cannot seem to find which table is responsible for the individual product options.

Thanks a lot

If you are just talking about the actual option TYPES then there are three tables that deal with that:
option
option_description
option_value

If you are talking about an option being assigned to a product then it would be dealing with these tables:
product_option
product_option_value

Not: You may have a database prefix so just tag that onto the beginning of what I wrote.

get the export/import tool, export your whole data.
open it up in xls. down the bottom theres a tab for options and the ID,s they are linked to.

you can do mass copys and cuts there, then when u r done, just import it using the tool.
