Hello:

Recently, we found some of the customer checked out and paid the order without VAT. It doesn't happen a lot, but we checked the product is taxable goods. We are not sure what the problem is, how come these customer checked out without paying VAT for goods and delivery. Confused! please anyone can help?

Thank you

have you checked order totals to make sure tax is correctly set up in the right sort order?.

Have you defined a tax for the geozone that these customers are from?

Its likely that your tax set up is for an area outside of the area these customers purchased goods, in which case no tax would be applied. Check your tax settings.
