Is it possible to remove Billing address or just combine Billing and Shipping as the same address? ???

As i think it's not really necessary to fill in 2 addresses. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated. Thank you.

What if I want to ship it to another address?

Think from a customers perspective.

Billing and shipping do use the same address UNLESS you want it shipped to somewhere other than where you live. For example, when buying something for yourself, chances are your billing (residential) and shipping addresses are the same. In which case, there is no need to enter a separate address for shipping. If, however, you're buying a present for someone and you want it delivered to them, you would use your address as the billing address and the intended recipient's address as the shipping address.

I have the same request too. My credit card processor company said that if I ship an item to a different address than billing address and the costumer request a charge back, I should pay the costumer back! So they highly recommended that I should only ship to the costumer's billing address.
So the question still remains: How can I combine both addresses?
Any help will be appreciated.

The chargeback and chargeback challenge process is the same regardless of where the customer has you ship the product. If your credit card company requires that you only ship to a registered address you should be submitting the Shipping Address instead of the Billing Address to the credit card company in your MOTO charge request. The credit card company will compare this address with the valid addresses registered to that card and will approve the request if the Shipping Address is linked to the card.

If you are submitting the Billing Address to the credit card company instead of the Shipping Address you are probably violating your merchant agreement, in which case your credit card company's admonishment is correct. Since you did not give the credit card company a chance to validate the Shipping Address you took this responsibility away from them and onto your own shoulders.

Many customers have Billing Addresses that are inaccessible to shipping companies (Post Office Boxes) or are geographically distant from their Shipping Addresses (companies with multiple locations and central accounting or people on out-of-town assignments). Forcing the shipment to Billing Addresses will only serve to impair your ability to do business.
