The chargeback and chargeback challenge process is the same regardless of where the customer has you ship the product. If your credit card company requires that you only ship to a registered address you should be submitting the Shipping Address instead of the Billing Address to the credit card company in your MOTO charge request. The credit card company will compare this address with the valid addresses registered to that card and will approve the request if the Shipping Address is linked to the card.kamyabi wrote:My credit card processor company said that if I ship an item to a different address than billing address and the costumer [sic] request a charge back, I should pay the costumer [sic] back! So they highly recommended that I should only ship to the costumer's [sic] billing address.
