From server to localhost v1.5.0.5

I have done quite a bit of work to my new store located on my server, and I want to download my store folder and copy over that work to a fresh install on a localhost. Both installs are clean v1.5.0.5
Which files on the local host do I not copy over in order to have both stores look the same.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I did not copy over those files and I copied over everything else, set Opencart to my theme, and the theme changes but none of the other changes happened , menu is the same as installed, none of my images show up except the logo. I cleared cache in browser and still nothing. Any idea what is happening?

I think my problem is I also have to copy over the Mysql database as well.
