Hi there,

I do not have a newsletter and want to remove this option. I also do not want the user to be able to have a wish list option.

How do I remove this?

Also, I do not want the user to have the option of having gift vouchers, affiliates or specials. How do I remove these options?

See screenshot attached, I want to to remove the items/features in the red boxes.

Many Thanks,

Ambervision

edit footer.tpl
can be found in catalog/view/theme/your theme/template/common

Delete:
<li><a href="<?php echo $voucher; ?>"><?php echo $text_voucher; ?></a></li>
<li><a href="<?php echo $affiliate; ?>"><?php echo $text_affiliate; ?></a></li>
<li><a href="<?php echo $special; ?>"><?php echo $text_special; ?></a></li>

You could also just comment them out instead of deleting them. I'm kinda the type of person that doesn't like to delete core code in the event I might want to use it in the future without having to re-upload original source files, because god knows what other modifications i've made to the same file somewhere along the lines.

You can edit out code using one of the below methods.

<!-- Your edited out code here -->
// Edited out code here
/* Edited out code here */

If one of the above fails in any particular file, then try the remaining ones, as some work in some files but other don't.

Is there a way of removing the newsletter link from the account box on the right of edit account page? See attached image...

Thank you.
