Hi, my cache's folder are storing up & uses lot of disk space & its growing, can i delete everything inside the CACHE folder? will it effect anything? worrying to delete those files,it is stocking up :/ Please advise, Thanks :)

You should be able to delete the files its will automatically create files again when requests are made. Suggest you do it during the less traffic to your website.

Note : Delete the files not the directory :)

i've both cache directory, 1) is in image/cache 2) system/cache. is it both are safe to delele files? Because those cache files stocking up space are in the image/cache.

Yes they will build up space to trade off overprocessing the CPU and speed up your site. They only gain size until all their items have been cached then they max out. Nowadays you can get hosting for $5/mo with large bandwidth and diskspace so this should not be an issue.
