Editing the Order Email

Is there a way that I can modify the email that is automatically sent when an order is placed to include additional information?

I specifically would like to modify the email that I receive when a customer places an order.

In the order confirmation you see 2times the store-logo.

I can find only one instance where this logo is called, that is in the header of the e-mail.
I cannot find where it picks up the store-logo in the footer of the e-mail?
I want to change the footer logo to another logo.

Where can I find that?

good question i have been trying this to, or just remove the second image.
