Does anyone know how to change the words in the dropdown menu "status" (that is a menu in the backend.)
I would like to hear how that words.

I don't see any backend menu item named "status" in the default install?
Having said that - most of the backend menu names are located in the following language file:
opencart\admin\language\english\common\header.php

Sales --> Orders --> the order you need to change.
