How to add custom Title tag and Meta description?

Hi!

I have a lot of text pages which are made in the "information" category (Backend>Catalog>Information).

I have written the text pages mostly for getting visitors to the site via Google.

But... I can't get custom title tags or meta descriptions.

Do you know how to make custom title tags, and custom meta description tags on the information pages??

I had the same issue only for categories and products as well. The solution was rather complex. I had one of the forum contributors make the customization for me. It was a reasonable cost considering the advantage for SEO.
