Hi,

We are using AWS SMTP details for email settings and from email and alert norifict se are using one of our ms365 email address.
When we create order customer and admin are not getting any emails.

However when we use normal shared email hosting I'd of cpanel it is working.

We asked Ms365 support but they said to check with opencart or AWS.

Anyone here can help us with this issue to solve.

OC version. You might also be using an older Email class than the ones Opencart currently uses.

Have you set up SPF and DKIM correctly for the domain of your email address?
