Options pricing

I am wanting to have product options that are listed as check boxes or radio buttons instead of a dropdown menu.

Also I would like price of the option to be displayed. Not the -amount and +amount.

Any idea how I can accomplish this?

Plus right now the price difference that I have added apparently is being plugged into a formula with an unknown variable. If I enter Option #2 is -5.16 the page will display something like -6.72. There is only one currency being used so it would not be that.

Be sure the currency is 1.0000
be sure display prices with tax is NO

Currency is set to 1.0000

Where is the display prices with tax setting modified?
