how to put a size and color selector of a product?

Hello every body, I am new to this forum also new in opencart
Today my question is how to input a size selector and a color selector of my product into the shopping cart
Like shoes size or t-shirt size and color

You can use the options part on each product to add another option ie colour then a sub-option for the colour ie blue/black/red
Do the same with any other options you need.

Yes, but then your database is not optimal anymore. In the suggestion above, you always have to fill in the available colors and sizes for each product again, instead of selecting them from another table. Also, the stock doesn't work anymore, because you can't specify the amount of items per size and color under the Product tab.
