Chekout optimizations

Hi,

I want to optimize the checkout process of Opencart 1.4.0.
I want to merge checkout/address/shipping, checkout/shipping and checkout/payment.

Please help me, how can I achieve this.

So do you wanna combine all these to a one page? Or do you have only one shipping and payment method so you want OpenCart automatically to jump to the confirm page?
