Hi,

I'm new to OpenCart and using PayPal to accept payments. I have noticed that the order numbers of successful orders are not all concurrent, suggesting that I have lost some orders. Does anyone know how I can view these 'lost' orders, so that I can contact the customers etc.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,

A.

In your order list, set status to "Missing Orders" and press filter

An order is created every time a customer reaches (or refreshes) the confirm page of your checkout procedure - that will also cause orders with a "missing order" status (until it's confirmed by your payment module)

If a customer decides not to buy the products after reaching the confirm page, it will just sit there as a missing order aswell

Hi, anybody knows if it's possible to make opencart record an order just only when the customer clicks on "Confirm Order" and not when he reaches the confirm page?? I can find a lot of "missing orders" every time a customer makes an order ( I assume he refreshes the confirmation page or...what else...I don't know..., and the order ID jumps...) This is frustrating. ??? Any Help?
I use 1.3.2.

Thank you!!
