I want all of my prices to be shown with VAT included (also for guests).
How can that be done?
I have tried doing this:
System > Settings > Options and select Display Prices with tax: Yes.
But it doesn't help.
Prices are shown without VAT, and as soon as a person is going to the checkout, the VAT is added.
So the price "jumps up" when it's added to the cart.
What am I doing wrong?

OpenCart doesn't know how to show the tax without knowing where the products will be shipped. Currently, it's set when the customer reaches the "Shipping" page and selects a shipping address. Otherwise, it defaults to the location of the store. Is your store set up as within the VAT zone? If so, it should show prices with tax by default.
