A customer has ordered some vouchers from my Opencart store but there is no trace of the order anywhere. The only trace I can find is an alert sent from Worldpay confirming the transaction amount and the Opencart order ID number.

How do I find details of the transaction in opencart itself? Note: when a regular product is ordered (not a voucher) there is a clear order and sales log that is generated but nothing was generated for the Voucher order.

go to order and filter order by missing order and you may find in that
