Royal Mail Postal price check

I was doing some tests last night, by adding items to my cart, then checking the postage prices. Then adding the same weight and location on royalmail.com's price finder, to compare. The prices in opencart are a little higher than what royalmail.com provides. Would this need to be fixed. And if so, is it something i can do myself. Or would an opencart dev have to?

I have also noticed that the "Estimated Times" dont show up on royal mail either
