Hi Everyone,

First, I want to say thank you to everyone that has helped me get out of some messes I managed to get myself into while building my website.

I want to hide specific information pages from the sitemap page, but not from google search. I tried to follow these posts:http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=77408 and http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=18021. I started to manually add the page links I wanted visible in the catalog/view/theme/default/template/information/sitemap.tpl. Everything quadrupled! ??? See the right column under information. This is fixed now. I still need help hiding the info pages though.

I put all the codes I took out back in, deleted cache files, reset browsers, restarted the computer, re-installed fresh virgin sitemap files and still nothing. This is my results http://grannysclozet.com/index.php?rout ... on/sitemap. :'( . Once again I'm stuck. Please help.

Your help is once again very much appreciated. Thank you. I have learned a lot from ya'll and I'm one step away from going live. You guys are great teachers.

I fixed the duplication problem. In my catalog/view/theme/default/template/information/sitemap.tpl. I had somehow reversed the <ul>s </ul>s and the <li>s </li>s so I slowly went one by one down the line until it fixed itself.

Could someone please tell me how to hide specific information pages from the sitemap page. I tried $skip informations=array(24,26,27,29,30,);, but that must not be it or I am putting it in the wrong place. I really need this. Thanks bunches.

I can only tell you that the $skip informations=array(24,26,27,29,30,);, etc thing you found in your first link is not going to work for you. They were trying to remove links from the xml sitemap and you are trying to remove unwanted links from your html sitemap. 2 totally different things. I looked around and did not find any help for you.

Thanks for the reply kirkhall. And thanks for trying to help. I had a feeling that was the case. I've searched and searched too. I appreciate the attempt. I re-thought what I did to stop the multiple links and went and tried something and it worked! I think I'll be okay now.

BTW: you don't know how to make my home page show 5 columns instead of 4 do you?
