Here is how I fixed my mail issue on OC 2.0.3.1

1) Download OpenCart v2.3.0.2
2) Go to system/library/mail.php and change the file name to _mail.php
3) Upload the system/library/mail.php from v2.3.0.2
4) Enter your mail settings like https://imgur.com/ey9eBKt

Mail Parameters: -Fsales@yoursite.com
SMTP Hostname: localhost
SMTP Username: sales@yoursite.com
SMTP Password: yourpassword for sales@yoursite.com
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP Timeout: Blank
Additional Emails: Any forwarding addresses

admin getting email order notifications but customer unable to get email notification,please help me to solve my issue
