Admin top menu doesn't show

The top menu of Admin page doesn't show up... The whole page didn't load CSS then I modified the CSS file's EOL conversion from Macintosh to Windows and the issue was gone. But the Admin top menu, like dashboard, products, sale, system, won't show up.

Anybody had same issue and solution please?

I found one solution here which inspires but it's not my solution.

I simply now remove the style="display:none;" in ....\admin\view\..\header.tpl ... it's a stupid but working way.

Something wrong with JS? I'm sure my chrome didn't prohibit JS running.

Never mind guys.... I don't know why but it came well after 1 day...
And by the way, any way to delete this post?
