I would ask about the missing image paths in your CSV over on the magento forum...I'm assuming they have one.
And you do know that OC does not have an import CSV option without an extension being added right? I've tried this one on a test site >> http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... sion_id=17 and it seemed to work OK for me.

Magento has complex system of images upload. After you have loaded the image, it is placed at your server to media/catalog/product and 2 subfolders corresponding to first 2 letters of image name. So in the file you have images like for example /i/m/image.jpg and you can find it at your server using the following path - media/catalog/product/i/m/image.jpg
Magento export does not physically fetch the images, it only shows the folders where they are located at your FTP.

I'm recommending to export images as URLs from Magento. If you need the one, there is Store Manager for Magento free 2 week version - http://www.mag-manager.com/free-download/ Using it you can get the file with exported information that you can use for import.

Further, like said kirkhall, in OpenCart there is no built-in import-export means, so you need to consider extension. There is also similar software like for Magento, but for OpenCart and it is called Store Manager for OpenCart. There is also 2-week free version you can check here -
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=20400

It handles import of products with related details and image from URLs. Besides, there is useful mapping feature, as in Magento csv columns names are different than in OpenCart and you will have to link them to make sure that info is correctly located to appropriate database fields.

In any case, you can try this out. If you need assistance, let me know.

Import/Export from different file formats, mass operations, easier data handling with Store Manager for OpenCart. Download 2-week free fully-functional trial version -
