Hi,
Performed a clean install of Open Cart v1.5.6. Added some test items to my cart and tried to checkout, and I have no checkout steps. I have attached a screenshot (please note that the Open Cart install in the screenshot has a template over it but I was receiving the same functionality WITHOUT the template upload/installed). I have since redone a clean install with the same results again.
I have received no error messages and everything else appears fine in the install.
EDIT: Also have tried multiple browsers (FireFox, Chrome, IE etc).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

there's javascript error on the page. On chrome, press crtl + shift + j to open the console.

I currently have a template applied to the install so it may not be yielding results that you would expect from a clean install but:
