I have a problem when someone orders a product/products.
Their order does not show up in the Dashboard, and the email I receive from the system does not include any product details
or product codes. The information does not show in the email the customer receives either.
Can anyone help me out with this please?
When I've seen this before it's been because a bug has caused the data not to be recorded properly during checkout (ie the sql script to update the database fails). Have you looked at your error log ?

Nothing shows in the error log, so I am at a loss at the moment!

What I should have said earlier (didn't explain very well) I can see the order number in the database, also all the customer details and how they paid. The only thing that does not appear is the actual items that were ordered.
If you still require access to the db please let me know.

Ok that is a problem. There are a few tables where the information is stored during a sale. We might be able to populate the missing information if enough of the key information is there.

Solved it. Your orders all had a status of '0', which doesn't exist in your system. I changed them to a status of '1' which means "pending" and they all reappeared.
The reason you have this issue is that your 'order' table had a default value of '0' for status instead of '1'. I've changed this so you won't get this issue again.
