Getting a fatal error on returns mail through admin area

Hi all,

I'm receiving the following error when trying to send out an email through the admin area under the returns section:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getLinkWithShortCodesReplaced() on a non-object in /home/designer/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_model_sale_return.php on line 263

Does anyone know what this refers to/means?

thats not by default in opencart, it must be added by some vqmod, identify the vqmod and contact the developer for support.
