Hey,

hope everyone is well and busy.

I've a weird issue, I have customers on the site, but I am trying to reassign their customer group from Default to ANother Group, but on save, it's requesting password. Surely in the admin that's not necessary?

what am I doing wrong?

So, in the fact that I hate hanging open threads, the answer is: Clear the existing password box, making sure that there isn't one in either and then you can save the alterations. (Duh!)

Thanks for clarifying what fixed this for you. Do you have a browser plugin like LastPass or OnePassword that was filling in a password field in the customers screen?
