PayPal custom page options

I have 4 web sites and one PayPal account.
In PayPal you can set 3 custom pages and the default PayPal page. So a total of 4 designs.
If I use the PayPal Express payment module there is no field or obvious way to nominate the page design in PayPal to use. In Zen cart you can just add the page name.
How can I action this and have my site taken to the correct page?
Anyone know?
