i want to get actual static url of files in download section,
i am trying to add another preview option in download section for online video tutorials and pdf file.
but for download link current url is dynamic can i get static url here ??

Downloads are managed by OpenCart to confuse people trying to steal your downloads. You should create a directory for static downloads (either at same level as catalog or under image/data and put your content there.
You should also modify your product to store these links.
