OpenCart anti-fraud system has flagged one of your orders with possibly fraudulent. Can you please take a photo of a utility bill or photo ID, or other proof of address and email it to support@opencart.zendesk.com.

If have already recieved this notice and have already provided us with identifcation you don't need to send it again.

very bad situation to pay the money without receiving the module i purchased.

is opencart a dead project now?
why can't i download the module after payment?
this is not the first time i buy module at opencart.
why it takes so long now?

This a fraud prevention measure in place to prevent fraudulent purchases. No one on the forum will be able to assist you with this. You'll need to contact the OpenCart team to get access to the files.
