Specify page name within site

Hi,

I've tried searching the site however I dont know the correct term to search for. How do I specify what an individual page within the site should be? For example: If I wanted to rename the mens section on my web url, how do I go from http://www.mysite.com/index.php?route=p ... ry&path=25 to http://www.mysite.com/men.

Apologies if this has been answered already but I didnt know how to search for it.
