Wondering if anyone can recommend a solution which would prompt and facilitate my customers to leave reviews and feedback. My customers keep asking me where to leave a review or feedback, but I am not entirely sure how to be most SEO effective in this regard and also make the process easy for them.
There are several extensions to let you request reviews. I use one that I manually select which ones to send each week but there are automated ones too. Do a search in the extensions store.
