Clone / Duplicate site into test folder

Hi,

Can someone please offer some advice, I want to clone / duplicate our website into a test folder.

is it as simple as setting up a new file eg http://www.aislings.co.uk/test then copying all the files into the test file?

That, and cloning the database and setting up the new connection info via your config.php files.
