Total Import Pro Manufacture.php Index Error

Using Total Import Pro OC 1.5.6 VQ 2.4.1

1. Localhost import 650 product csv file no problems - no errors - lots of mods running
2. Live server import 650 product csv file see below error - fresh install

There are no other VQmods running other than their own supplied one to add TIP to the admin menu below backup.

Have tried the following:
  • 1. VQMod cache has been cleared.
    2. Remove all VQmods
    3. Disable VQMod
    4. Replaced manufacturer.php with a fresh file from OC master build
Yes I have raised a support ticket with HostJars but they are very slow on the support response.

Both local & live servers are identical builds

Any thoughts would be helpful
