Opencart notification problem

Hello.
I have a problem with the notification. For example when I add a product that is out of stock to card and go check out I have a notification that says The product is not in stock..

That notification is dissapeared after 1 second and it show like normal....

Anyone can help me to fix this?

If you want add this product...And go to view cart...

There will be the problem (as you can see it shows a notification but later on dessapears)

I have tested it out and it doesn't hide the notification after 1 second. I have added product to cart and then modified the quantity in the cart and no problem was there. Try clearing cache, history or try different browsers/machines.
